Blujon has released their first new track in over a year. Blue Diamond is punchy rock song that carries a message. The track is the last track from the Destiny Is A Hard Road album which has clocked up over 72000 plays across the globe. The full album can be purchased from the Blujon shop in digital format and will soon be available as a vinyl.

2016 has not been a good year for many of us. The world has lost so many talented artists. We too have not escaped the negative influences. From the untimely loss of H through to loosing our .eu domain Blujon has been in the wars through out 2016.

Krasi Zorbov has left the band, his place has been taken by session guitarists. There are no plans to replace him at this time.

Will Fletcher founder member of the band was taken seriously ill. Fortunately Will has survived his near death illness and is now in the UK recovering.

Brexit has hit Blujon hard in the balls. Our UK based domain provider could no longer work with us post Brexit and we were in the middle of migrating to a new host when some one some where made a mistake and placed our .eu domain into retention. To add insult to injury it was then released and a German company took it over. After months of wrangling with Wix to get access to our website so we could re-assign it to our back up domain we finally got our website up and running.

A number of issues have been highlighted here. Trade Marking your name… Blujon is trade marked and owned by the band but it does not protect you form someone using your trademark name on a commercial basis over the net. Wix support is diabolical. It took them 11 weeks to make contact and there is no proactive interaction what so ever.

The regulatory body looking after .eu domains is a money making joke. Not only do they think they had right over our trade mark, they are powerless to rectify errors/mistakes or even theft.

It goes without saying that we have not made any fan details available to any third party. Blujon does not endorse any company trading under the Blujon name nor do we recommend or endorse their goods. Blujon merchandise is only available through the Rockers or from you website www.blujon.co.uk.

“Following a break to mourn the sad passing of H (the bands mentor and manager) the band are back at work. They are currently in the UK filming a video for The Shaman. In between filming they are in the studio working on a new album “Abrahkadabbler”.

The band are set to move into vinyl in the coming months with the release of Destiny Is A Hard Road on vinyl. As a part of the mult—media model we will be releasing The Shaman on Youtube and there are plans to release more music and documentaries on Blujon.

Following the completion of the UK filming, the band will be returning home to Spain in mid-June in time to film at the San Juan festival.

The band would like to welcome Nessy to the team. Nessy, a long time friend of the band will be picking some of the work that H was responsible for. Nessy has years of experience as a project manager and will bring much needed organisational expertise with her.”

“There is a vibe building and that it is all about Blujon. With the band's fan base building to over 4 million registered supporters the Rockers Supporters Club has become a global entity in just over 12 months. This week we see the new web site www.Blujon.eu go on line. Today the band has announced a new album "Abrahkadabbler" in the pipe line and to top that the band will be touring Europe in 2016. The plans for the tour are a tightly kept secret but we can say it is an ambitious show that the boys have planned.”

Blujon was formed in UK holiday resort of Blackpool some time around 1980. Back then they were a cover band playing the many pubs and bars to the grockles. It did not take the band long to start writing their own material which lead them to headline at the Blackpool Arts ball and appear on “Granada reports” six o’clock TV magazine show hosted by the late Tony Wilson.

Times changed and the live music scene gave way to disco and karaoke and the band’s fortunes looked bleak and it did not look like the band would survive the unexpected death of their new lead singer Neil Bolton. Quick thinking set our heroes off into an adventure and they relocated to London where they concentrated on writing and developing the Blujon sound.

Musicians came and went each leaving a little bit behind. It was in 2005 when the band relocated to Spain, which prompted a big line up change and the start of Blujon’s slow rise to where they are now.

The current line up is a true child of the European Union with Krasi Zorbov and William Fletcher meeting in Spain. Krasi is from Harmanli in Bulgaria and Will the only original member of the band is coming from Blackpool in the UK. The next to join was Grazy Coral who is from Venice Italy.
